About the business:

There are multiple distinct segments to the business:

--  The Property Management and Accounting division

--  The Real Estate division

--  The Asset Management division

​--  The Customer Service and Legal division

Each of these has distinct, separate and complimentary functions.  

The operating entity is growth engine where we expect to pursue a public offering at some point in the future.  That future date and details will be determined at the appropriate time.  

The business model strikes an even balance of being a competitive rental rate in most markets, while at the same time providing an healthy return for investors.  We welcome inquiries and are happy to field any questions you may have.
