What Qualifies?

Tenant(s)/Buyer(s)

All persons on the Lease/Purchase contract must apply, ($50 application fee each).
  • A minimum average credit score of 580 or higher.  Past rental history will be considered.
  • All tenants must pass a credit and criminal background check.  
  • Monthly payment cannot exceed 45% of income from all sources.  Self Employment OK!
  • For stated income, we will need bank statements.
  • Move in will require an initiation fee equal to one month's payment and the first month's lease payment.
  • Ren2Home submits offer on the Home.

*-at the present time we are only doing business in the state of Florida, but we will be expanding into other states in the future.

Home Selected

  • R2H Program restricted to Single Family Residential Homes.  No Manufactured Homes or Condos.
  • Minimum of 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms.
  • No more than 5 Acres.
  • No Pool Homes at this time.
  • Must pass FHA quality Inspection and Appraisal.
  • Home must pass an area Crime Risk Assessment.
  • Homes in HOA's are subject to terms and conditions of the Home Owner's Association.
  • Home values between $75,000 and $400,000 will be considered.
  • Home values outside the above $ range will be considered on a case by case basis.
